The swelling near your neck could be due to various causes, including: Lymph Node Swelling: Often due to minor infections or inflammation. Lipoma: A non-painful, soft fatty lump. Cyst: Such as a sebaceous cyst or branchial cleft cyst. Advice: Monitor for changes in size, redness, or pain. Consult a doctor if it persists, grows, or shows new symptoms. An ultrasound of the neck may be needed for further evaluation.
