Swelling on neck with body pain
I have neck swelling near my shoulder blades past 3 weeks now with weakness and little throat uneasiness. I took antibiotics for a week but it didnt help. I got my neck USG done and the findings are Bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy where lymphnodes on right side measure 0.8*0.3 cm and leftside lymphnodes measure 1.2cm*0.4cm. How can this issue be treated  and which specialization of the doctor can help me with the consultation?
