I have neck swelling near my shoulder blades past 3 weeks now with weakness and little throat uneasiness. I took antibiotics for a week but it didnt help. I got my neck USG done and the findings are Bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy where lymphnodes on right side measure 0.8*0.3 cm and leftside lymphnodes measure 1.2cm*0.4cm. How can this issue be treated and which specialization of the doctor can help me with the consultation?

M.D medicine is best choice for you . You don't have fever or rigor or swollen inflamed areas so there is no major issue of illness.. because your symptoms are acute you can go for m.d... he will suggest a FNAC procedure (means fine niddle aspiration cytology) this will do..
