X-ray and blood test are normal. Clinically exact site of swelling, tenderness has to be evaluated. Need to do a few blood tests as well.
Must need a physical consultation.
As such the xray and investigations appear to be normal.
However need to look at the clinical picture of the foot preferably a finger pointing towards where exactly the pain is. Any history of trauma or twisting injury ?
