Swelling around the neck

Hi. I can see my neck as swelled up. It remains like that, no pain at all Just want to know if it's fat or something else. Also please tell me the cure how to reduce it.

It could be a goitre - swelling of the thyroid gland. It could be physiological meaning the gland could still be functioning normally. However you need to get the thyroid function tests done to know if it's pathological or physiological.
