  4. Swelled legs. Any alternative to this?

Swelled legs
Wife is heavyset,redness in legs,swelling in both,down to her feet been having them wrapped with uniboot from doctor boot does release water,when boot is off,she keeps regaining water back,runs down into open soars too,is there any alternative to this?
