Ecospirin 75mg most commonly prescribed medication as precaution for blood clotting. Though Eloquis2.5mg has same effect but indications for this medication is different. What is the age, weight, s.creatinine levels of the patient. It is advisable to continue ecosprin till he/ she recovers from covid and eliquis can be started after evaluating the patient
