If the platelet count is lower than 100,000, please stop Ecospirin, to decrease the risk of bleeding.. Any how the effect of Ecospirin will continue have effect up to next five days because of the life span of the platelets. Lasting the patient is having malaria and there is no role of antibiotics. Regards.
