Yes. Your patient may be having Dengue. Please repeat platelet count every other day. His BP should be checked. He should maintain his hydration and take nutritious food. He should never take Disprin or Brufen.

Dont worry.keep paatient hydrated.its possibly dengue.platelets going down is to be expected.repeat the test again to check if theres further drop.
