• The tablet your doctor prescribed — Fertibless Chiro — is typically a PCOS supplement containing Myo-inositol + D-chiro-inositol (sometimes with vitamins) • It is NOT the same as the “Fertibless” male supplement online (which contains L-arginine etc.) — that one is not suitable for PCOD
Next Steps
• You can safely replace Fertibless Chiro with any Myo-inositol + D-chiro-inositol combination • Usual dosing (general guidance): – Once or twice daily (as advised by your gynec) • Regarding your drink:
Health Tips
• Take tablet preferably after food to avoid gastric discomfort • Maintain consistency (at least 2–3 months needed for effect) • Lifestyle matters more than supplements: – Regular exercise – Weight control – Low sugar / low refined carbs
