please do a mountoux test and sputum test to rule out tuberculosis before u start on antibiotics. aftr test take till results cm negative tab azithromycin 500mg once fr 5 days tab pan 40mg once a day fr 5 days to alleviate dry cough u cn start on syp grilinctus 2 tbs thrice a day
