Suffering from cold , cough ,sore throat

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I m suffering from cold ,cough , sore throat and fever from last one week.I have taken cough syrup, paracetamol and cetrazine tablets.But I don't have any cure Please tell which all tests I should do like dengue or malaria or swin flue tests to avoid any complications??? Money not issue.Tell all tests
