Try some antibiotic like Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 days alongwith Tab. Sinarest twice daily.
Add an antacid if needed. This should help.

eat soft diet to relieve gastric upset because of azithromycin causes some diarrhoeal side effect.
If your symptoms haven’t settled even after 5 days, get a throat swab test and viral PCR.
If there is any evidence of bacterial infection on the throat swab, antibiotic can be taken. The choice of antibiotic depends on your allergy status and the report of the swab.

Your symptoms of cold, mild fever, and sore throat for the last 3 days are most likely due to a viral upper respiratory infection, which is very common and usually settles within 4–5 days with supportive treatment.
Next Steps
1.Paracetamol 500 mg every 6–8 hours only if fever or body aches are present.
2.Cetirizine 10 mg at night to help with running nose, sneezing, and congestion.
3.Warm salt-water gargles 2–3 times daily for throat pain.
4.Steam inhalation 2–3 times a day for blocked nose and throat irritation.
5.Adequate hydration: warm water, soups, and avoid cold drinks.
6.Avoid spicy, oily foods and rest well.
If throat pain is significant, you may add:
Throat lozenges (Strepsils / Septilin / Tantum) as needed.

Drink warm fluids, do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation, 2 to 3 times daily.
