28-year-old female with sore throat since Sunday morning, followed by feverish feeling, progressive weakness, body aches, and leg pain. Oral temperature is currently 102°F. Took Zerodol-P on Monday night and again today, but fever and weakness persist.
What could be the likely cause, and does she need any investigations or further treatment at this stage?

Cefexim o200 two times after food for five days.
