Sudden pain on lower left chest.

Question

Asked for Male, 16 Years

At random times, I get a sudden sharp pain at the left side of my upper abdomen under the nipple. It hurts for a few seconds and causes me to instantly tense up and stop breathing. When I calm down, I breathe in deep and cough it out. It goes away after a few seconds. But it worries me. I play sports regulary if that helps.
