Jerks can never affect ur kidneys for sure… u might experience discomfort or pain while u have an unsteady jerk. Pain here is due to sprain or strain of ur muscles which goes off by time or by painkillers ….. nothing much to worry about
Next Steps

Do not worry et al these r usually muscular pain , pain can’t reach till kidney.
How long the pain last, what was severity of pain , is it still persisting or not there.
Further such symptoms can be avoided by proper life style modification and supplemented by muscle relaxant
Next Steps
For further guidance and prescription kindly share the exact location of pain
No nothing to worry. No external jerks can affect kidneys like this . If still you have any doubts about it then go for Ultrasound of whole abdomen. These jerks can occur normally because of muscle twitching or some nerve irritation.
