This pandemic situation is worrisome for everyone, thoughts like I will catch covid is normal but giving too much attention to these thoughts and creating covid symptoms in mind is not normal. It should be satisfying for you that your saturation and pulse is within normal range. In  covid rationally one can only follow SOPs,stay home and keep a healthy and balanced life style that's all you need to do.Try yoga and meditation.Try distraction techniques so that these thoughts won't overwhelm you
