Doctor i completed 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 Last Dose was taken on 25th February 2022 And again i took Tetanus and 3 rabies vaccine due to domestic cat scratch Day 0 7 28 Last dose was taken on 24th April 2022 but today on 6Th June on Morning walk a Street dog scratch me with nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out So now how many dose of Rabies vaccine i have to take ?

There is no need for vaccination. Since you have already had the course of vaccination twice in the last six months it is better you should get Anti-rabies antibodies level done . That will determine your level of immunity against Rabies.

See even though it is a scratch if it is bleeds it means contact with mucus membrane is considered. It means it is category 3 bite . less than 3 month of immunization just wound treatment is required. If it would have been more than 3month then booster doses on day 0 and 3 is required (which is not in your case)

Nail scratch and no wound so nothing to worry about it As such you are immunised against rabies recently so-at present no need for vaccination again
