I am a 19 year girl.I have been avoiding little pain in my stomach for 1 year almost now. Thought it was my unhealthy eating. But after the recent food poisoning my stomach hurts all time. Specially in morning. It's difficult to go to college.Took medicine for food poisoning but after 5 days again dirrehea,stomach pain,vomit feel. Now the pain is unavoidable. Also mouth ulcers are common for me and serious hairfall. Is this stomach cancer???

It is not cancer but gastroenteritis  where the lining of your stomach and intestine are inflamed.  You need a thorough examination before any advise can be given.  Take some probiotic this will reduce the number of  motions. It is better that you consult a gastroenterologist who can examine you and advise accordingly.
