Azithromycin 500 mg is taken once daily ,not twice a day as you are taking.
It may have been harsh on stomach
Stop Azithromycin , consult with your doctor to substitute the medicine

Azithromycin 500mg is to be taken just once daily
Don’t take it twice a day
Also Azithromycin does cause stomach irritation!!
That’s normal
Take pantop early morning for 5 days when you are taking Azithromycin !
If the symptoms are really bothering much then please consult!!
