Stomach pain
Dear Doctor, The night before last, I had a heavy meal that included matar paneer and fried rice, along with a bit of alcohol. Earlier that evening, I also had some snacks. Later at night, while sleeping, I experienced stomach pain. I took Drotin DS, which reduced the pain somewhat. Today, I had difficulty passing stool, and it was hard. While the extreme pain is gone, I still feel some discomfort and pain. Could you please let me know what might be causing this and suggest a treatment?
