Able to consume water? Give plenty of liquids n ORS. Have a bland diet for 2-3 days atleast, preferably curd rice n other rice items.

It can be due to Gastritis and indigestion.
You can take tab pan 40 before food twice a day
Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food
Syp sucrafil o twice a day before food
