Stomach pain in Dengue may have sinister implications. It is better to take some antacid, avoid excessive tea or coffee or spicy food. Take plenty of fluids, especially lime juice.  If symptoms persist then you should consult a General Physician in your area.

Seriousness of dengue can’t be determined by severity of the symptoms you mentioned It’s serious if any bleeding occurs from any part of the body Symptoms mentioned by you are common in dengue due to inflammation it causes in various parts of the body. So give your kid medicines for stomach ache and nausea. You can Give her cold milk as it reduces acidity which causes pain in stomach!! Thank you Hope it helps
