My husband has been recently diagnosed with dengue and his platelets are 142000 today and as per the doctor it can decrease more but doctor said not to worry much as it is mild . Just do bed rest and take plenty of fluids. My husband is having mild revolving stomach pain since yesterday. What's the cause of stomach pain? And what if platelets decrease further? Is it serious? I am really worried. Please help.
