My son is been diagnosed with dengue from midnight of 17th feb. He had high fever on 18th night till max 16hours at 104 and 104.5°F and after that he had 100 or 100.5 °F for a day.
But currently he have 101 or 102°F fever and his wbc decrease in two days from 4500 to 2700 while his platelet is 1.5 lakh.
Is it a critical situation should we admit him to a hospital or medication at home will do?
