Stomach discomfort ache

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Stomach ache with fever from last 4 days specially during in night take pcm with antibiotics which control fever but now stomach ache discomfort started while laying on bed and by changing sides there is a painful stretching while breathing.

Does pain raidtate ? Is it in left upper quadrabt and relieved by bending forward If so check into a hospital. And get USG abdomen done asap. And lipase and amylase to be on safer side. Cholecystitis vs pancreatitis are strong possibility as the pain is aggravated on stretching. Please see a doctor.
