My stomach is always bloated and burns every day after meal. I drink lots of water and have to visit restroom very often but some days that area pains and sometimes it becomes difficult to stand and there is always a bad odour in private region. I eat from outside occasionally and have nonveg meals 3 times a week atleast. I exercise atleast 3 days a week for one hour. My height is 5ft 3inch and weight is 85 kgs. I have to visit washroom fir stools multiple times a day and especially after eating fruits or having tea.
Please advice me on what should be the step taken for overall wellbeing and especially for my burning stomach issue.
