This is GERD (acid reflux) with dyspepsia, due to increased gastric acid and possible H. pylori infection. Acid irritation causes heartburn, bloating, burping, and foul breath.

-Investigations:
-H. pylori test (stool antigen or urea breath test)
-CBC
-If persistent: Upper GI endoscopy
-take Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg, once daily before breakfast, for 4 weeks
-Tab Domperidone 10 mg, twice daily before food, for 2 weeks
-Tab Simethicone, after meals, for 5–7 days (for gas)

-Avoid spicy, oily, junk food, and caffeine
-Do not lie down immediately after meals
-Small frequent meals, avoid overeating
-Weight control helps reduce symptoms
-Stop smoking/alcohol if present
