My stomach aches when i laugh very hard. Why is it happening? Will i be ok or am i going to die? Is this a sign of early cancer?

The first thing is that one day all of us are going to die. So your question, "Will I be OK or am I going to die ?"  is superfluous. As far as cancer is concerned , at least the persons who are suffering from Cancer of any part of the body, no one has ever volunteered this information that " her stomach used to pain whenever she laughed very hard". So your question can't be addressed by any doctors scientifically.
