  4. Stomach ache. Have swell. plz help!

From last 3 days I was suffering from fever, today not fever there but from noon stomach pain started as I think any infection took place, as I was travelling from a week and had couple of days drinks 3/4 pegs. I think may be liver might have swell. Plz help
