Hello, Welcome and thanks for your query. It is unfortunate that you fell into the trap of unscrupulous people who use the side effect of steroids fo gain weight. Abdominal pain and discomfort can be due to inflammation of the stomach known as gastritis and /or due to infection which can be due to decreased immunity due to steroids. You have stopped the offending drug I presume. You can take an OTC antacid and if not better you should consult a doctor. Also check your blood pressure and blood sugar which can also occur as side effects of steroids. There is no antidote for steroids but waiting a couple of weeks eliminates the drug and its side effects usually. Do get back to me if you have further questions.
