Yes it's a good antibiotic. The course should be completed as per your prescription. Don't stop the drug after 1 or 2 days if your symptoms subside. Antibiotic course should always be completed.

if you have acidity after taking antibiotic ,you can take Tab Pantop 40mg for 5 days every morning half an hour before food.
gargle with salt water thricee daily
