Cyra-D, Rifagut are for dyspepsia symptoms , if present like acid reflux, burning abdominal pain, nausea, etc, then take, otherwise not needed. Rifagut not necessary
Dolo alone is good enough, no need of using zerodol sp.
You can take augmentin.
If betadine is not available for gargles, you can use chlorhexidine.
Your symptoms (throat pain radiating to the left ear and pain while swallowing) are most consistent with acute throat infection (pharyngitis/tonsillitis) with referred ear pain.
This is common and not usually a serious ear problem. The medicines your doctor prescribed are appropriate for this condition.
Next Steps
✔️ You may take:
• Augmentin 625 / Augmentin Duo – complete the full course
• Pantop 40 – once daily before breakfast
• Dolo 650 – for pain/fever (max 3/day)
• Montair-LC – if allergy or post-nasal drip present
• Zincovit – optional supportive supplement
❌ Do NOT substitute with:
• Rifagut-400 (gut-specific antibiotic)
• Zerodol-P (strong painkiller, unnecessary)
• Bilambic-M (not useful here)
• Cyra-D (not required unless reflux dominates)
If Betadine gargle is unavailable:
• Warm salt-water gargles 3–4 times/day (best alternative)
Health Tips
• Drink warm fluids, avoid cold drinks and smoking
• Rest your voice, avoid spicy/oily foods
• Improvement usually starts within 48–72 hours
• Seek review if pain worsens, fever persists, or swallowing becomes difficult
This is a common, reversible condition and you’re on the right path. With correct medication and simple home care, recovery is expected.
