  4. Sore throat. Secreted in milk?

Sore throat
Hello Doc, I am suffering from cold and sore throat since last 4 days. But today my throat infection has worsened and i am unable to talk Doc has prescribed me Azithromycin for 3 days. I am a breastfeeding mother to 7 months old baby. Is it safe for the baby if i take antibiotics? Will he suffer from loose motions due to antibiotics secreted in milk ? Please advise

Azithromycin usually do not cause such side effects....its safe to take.
