Vit D3 drops ( 0.5ml once a day)
Tasiron drops (2.5ml once a day)
Below medicine started due to loose motion
Zincogut drops ( due to latest stool issue) (1ml till 14 days)

And along with breastfeeding start baby on complementary feeds and for medication please it will be great if physically examine
