Sore throat and fatigue

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Symptoms of sore throat ( pain In throat along with irritation) and fatigue feeling from past 1day. Got 100fever treated with crocin. Taking nuts and milk tea all warm . Please suggest to recover from weakness and treat throat infection. Thanks!
