Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis leading to a post nasal drip and throat irritation. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy evaluate further and a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses if needed for further evaluation. A topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
