Small lump on left side in head

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I feel a very small tiny round hard lump on lower left side of my head. It is neither painful nor do I feel it in normal day today life. Consult ed with a general physician earlier during regular health check up and he said ignore it as it could be a scalp issue only. Which specialist should I consult I.e. dermatologist, scalp doctor, internal medicine or general physician.
