Today I noticed a small lump on my forearm. It feels movable under inside my skin and I'm not actually feeling pain for it but whenever I try to push the lump it gives me uneasy sensation and a slight stiffness. What the small lump could be and will it go away its own ?

Ita lipoma...its generally harmless and will not cause any other issue...
If you still have any doubts regarding it
Consult for better and further management
It is most probably a lipoma - that is a swelling comprising fatty tissue of the body. It usually doesn’t go away on its own but is not harmful either.
Plan to consult a physician if there is rapid increase in size of the swelling, there is pain or any other discomfort.
A small, movable lump under the skin of the forearm that is not painful is most commonly benign. The likely causes include:
• Lipoma → soft, movable fat lump (most common)
• Benign cyst (sebaceous/epidermoid)
• Reactive lymph node (less common on forearm but possible)
• Fibrous nodule or muscle-related knot
The fact that it is movable, small, and painless is reassuring.
The uneasy sensation or stiffness when pressing it usually happens because it is irritating nearby nerves or muscle—not because it is dangerous.
At this stage, nothing suggests cancer or anything serious.
Next Steps
1. Observe for 2–4 weeks
• Note size, shape, consistency
• Most benign lumps remain stable or slowly regress
2. Get an ultrasound (USG soft tissue) if:
• It increases in size
• Becomes painful or hard
• Gets fixed (not movable)
• Causes persistent discomfort
3. No medicines or massage needed now
• Avoid repeated pressing (this itself can cause stiffness)
Health Tips
• Do not keep checking or squeezing it — that increases irritation
• Lipomas and benign cysts do not turn into cancer
• Many such lumps stay harmless for years or disappear
• Seek evaluation urgently only if:
• Rapid growth
• Redness, warmth, fever
• Numbness or weakness of the hand
From your description, this sounds benign and non-urgent, but the best peace of mind comes from a quick targeted assessment.

It seems to be a lipoma, painless lump in the body especially on forearms. It is removed surgically, a minor surgical procedure where it is removed by making a small incision.
Knowing the exact duration of the lump, whether it grew in size, would help diagnose better. On first look it appears to be a lipoma, which is more or less harmless and will not grow much. However there are other diagnoses we need to rule out or consider, possible only by direct examination by a doctor in person.
Next Steps
Consult a general surgeon, who can confirm the diagnosis, and remove it in a simple Outpatient procedure, or otherwise make necessary investigations that may lead to an alternate diagnosis as well as course of treatment.
Health Tips
Do not Irritate the swelling, apply heat or attempt home remedies.
It looks like a lipoma, there’s no need to worry about it, it doesn’t really go on it’s own, nor it causes any problem or turn into anything serious, if it’s causing you trouble you can get it removed. It’s a minor procedure done under local anaesthesia.
