Small, hard, painless lump behind head.

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am having a small Lump behind my head, opposite to forehead, yes on scalp.. It doesn't hurt and don't cause any pain, not even at touching.. Its hard and rigid, immobile.. It's kind of a hard nut behind my head.. And it doesn't grow at all.. It is the as it is from almost a year.. Is it a major problem, please help..
