Small Hard brown round bump on knee

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have got a very small hard scaly bump on knee which has no pain,itching or bleeding. It's been there for months without change in shape or size or colour Should I be concern or see a doctor ? I have attached the screenshot for reference Can anyone please suggest
