Small blisters and scaly skin on lips?

Hey 2 weeks back i got small bumps on my lips and dried and scaly skin around and on my lips it was ichy too.. But i got my appointment after a week and it was almost gone and i asked my doctor he told itz gone nothing to worry.. But now its coming back again.. What is it? What can i do to make it cure?
