I have problem related to sleeping. Whenever I go for sleep, all sort of thoughts come to mind and I couldn't sleep. I am facing this problem for past 7-8 years. What type of doctor I should be consulting?

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Last 7 years u have insomnia due to thoughts that suggests you are having anxiety or depression. Depression also have low mood and lack of energy and poor concentration. Th best treatment for these thoughts are cognitive behavioural therapy. We can do one session in practo.
