Hello, If there is problem related to only sleep then you can try sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise. If the problem persist then it must be due to some underlying cause. Treating just insomnia will not help rather root cause causing insomnia need to be treated.
