Skin problem in handspalm

Dear sir, Pfb complication- First stage:- lots of sweat in hands palm and red spots in palms. 2nd stage:- rigorous itching and pain. 3rd stage:- skin comes out and new skin apears. This takes place 2-3 times a year.
