Skin pigmentation and dark spots on skin

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have brown skin from Pakistan , there are dark spots in my face that look ugly , like on forhead , chin and upper lips. I consulted a dermatologist , he recommended me laser treatment , I got three sessions of laser , but there is no improvement. How can I treat my skin. I really need good dermatologist for my skin.
