Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a small growth on the side of my face, painless for the most part. Very rough/ridgid, it came up for no apparent reason. No open wounds, I'm always careful shaving. Dosent seem to be healing or changing. It is about 1/2" long near the bottom of my jaw below my ear, roughly 1/4" wide, and raised 1/4". Dark and lighter than the surrounding skin.
