Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have an acute skin problem since few months. I have visited two doctors but the skin disease still prevails. It is now spreading very badly. It is on my neck and forearms. I am attaching the photo. I am getting paranoid thinking about the extreme case. Please suggest who may help me with the best medication. Thank you and grateful.
