• You have mild–moderate acne with post-acne marks (PIH) and sensitive skin
• Sudden change from clear to acne-prone skin over months suggests hormonal, lifestyle, or skincare-related triggers
• Skin irritation indicates your barrier is compromised, likely due to trying multiple products
Next Steps
• Shift to a simple, consistent routine focused on acne control + barrier repair
• You may require targeted prescription treatment to control active acne and prevent new marks
• Avoid frequently changing products—stick to a plan for at least 6–8 weeks
Helpful Tips / Words of Caution
• Do not pick or squeeze acne—this worsens marks
• Avoid harsh scrubs, over-exfoliation, and strong actives without guidance
• Use sunscreen daily to prevent darkening of marks
• Maintain good sleep, diet, and stress control (hormones play a role)
• Be patient—marks take time to fade even after acne is controlled
