Sjogren's Flare Maybe

For the last two weeks I have been experiencing ssevere jaw pain and ear aches. I have sjogren's syndrome and have trouble making saliva lately. The jaw underneath my right ear is swollen and tender to the touch. It is causing me to experience severe headaches and blurred vision as well. What can I do?
