You can take a dolo 650mg thrice a day after food.
Tab. Renerve plus once a day after.
If it still persists, the get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

Take a tablet crocin 650 mg , it can be taken every 8 hourly, take lots of oral fluids, meet a physician at the earliest.
